Live team fitness for companies
Fitnis
Companies usually pay for these separately: a team-building day once or twice a year, and a wellness app or gym benefit that people use alone. Fitnis brings them together. Coworkers train side by side three times or more a week, with a live coach, and compete as a team.

Points, competition and leaderboards
Working out is easier to keep up when it's fun and your team is counting on you. Everyone earns points, every point adds to the team score, and a close race gives people a reason to join the next class.
580 PTS
Nothing typed in. Effort points are capped per minute, so nobody can run away with the score.
Every member's points add up for their group, so each class you join helps your team.
A friendly ranking inside the group keeps it fun, while the team score keeps everyone pulling together.
Smart tracking
The camera watches each person's movement. Nobody logs anything or presses a button.
Squats, lunges, push-ups, jumping jacks, high knees and plank time. A half rep doesn't count.
The camera checks each movement and shows a short cue the moment form slips.
Measures how much each person moves, even between exercises. No setup needed.
Attendance, reps and effort go to the person and their team score.
With a compatible wearable connected, the coach sees heart rates live and is alerted when one runs very high.
Technology does the counting. A certified Fitnis coach does the coaching: leading the workout, showing each move, adjusting it for anyone who needs an easier or harder version, and keeping the group's energy up.
The coach sees everyone's reps and form alerts on one live screen, plus heart rates for anyone wearing a connected device, so they know who to help and when.
Screens on this page are illustrations.
Home, office or hybrid
Remote, in the office or a mix of both, everyone joins the same class, with the same coach, and competes on the same leaderboard.
Any phone, tablet or laptop with a camera. Open the link, sign in with a work email, and the class starts. Nothing to install.
One large monitor and one camera mounted high in a conference room. The whole group trains together, and each person still gets their own points.
Office teams and remote coworkers join the same live class. Nobody is left out, and every point counts for the same group.
How it works
Up to 10 coworkers per group, with classes three times or more a week at set times. Employees pick a time, or HR uploads a list.
One company link and their work email. No app to download, no password to remember.
On video inside Fitnis. The camera watches each person's movement, counts reps and gives form feedback.
Points add up automatically, and HR gets a monthly report.
In the office
Set up like a conference room: the group works out facing one large monitor, and one camera mounted high sees everyone and counts for each person.
A large monitor big enough for the whole group to see the coach and their own numbers from across the room.
A wide-angle conference camera above the screen, angled down, so it sees every person from head to toe.
For HR and people leaders
Privacy you can defend: HR sees attendance and points. Health details like heart rate stay private unless an employee chooses to share them.
| Group | Members | Attendance | Score |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lunch Crew | 9 | 86% | 4,820 |
| Early Birds | 8 | 78% | 3,960 |
| Office · Room B | 10 | 81% | 4,410 |
Yes. Every class is led live by a Fitnis coach. The tracking helps the coach see everyone at once; it doesn't replace them.
No. Fitnis runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. People can add it to their home screen like an app.
A conference-room style setup: a large monitor and a wide-angle camera mounted high above it, angled down at the group.
Wearables are optional. No one needs one to participate in a Fitnis class. If a compatible wearable is connected, the coach can see that participant's heart rate. Without one, they can still join the class, but their heart rate won't be monitored.
Coaches adjust each move, form feedback catches mistakes as they happen, and when a wearable is connected, the coach is alerted if someone's heart rate runs very high.
Rep counting and form tips run on the device itself. The video isn't sent anywhere for analysis; only the numbers are.
Employees can request a move to another group once a month, and HR approves it in one tap.
A 20-minute video call with our team. You don't need to prepare anything or work out.
